During the winter season, Forest Officials recommend preparing for changing weather conditions while visiting the Forest. Extra warm clothing, snow chains, First Aid Kit, water, and food. Remember to prepare a travel plan and share with friends in case of an emergency.
Nothing beats the traditional site where you can pull up your car, set up your tent, and have the family cooking hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire!
Remember - The impression you leave lasts a lifetime. Please Tread Lightly. Pack Out what you Pack In!
